Infāque comes from an old Arabic word meaning "Selfless Giving" and that idea has been at the heart of everything we have built.

In the early days of Covid, motivated by a passion to support the families and friends around us, we started working with small charities and nonprofits run by people we knew. We helped them with digital transformation, and what we saw stopped us in our tracks.

We had spent years in the private sector watching organizations use data, automation, and digital tools to grow lasting relationships with customers. When we looked deeper into the nonprofit sector, we saw the opposite. Most organizations were managing donor relationships through spreadsheets, juggling three different platforms, and spending more time on administration than on mission.

The donors were there. The generosity was there. The tools were a nightmare to deal with. So we built Infaque: a donor engagement hub designed specifically for nonprofits in Canada and the United States, one that handles the complexity of receipting, recurring giving, and donor communication so that nonprofit teams can focus on what actually matters.

Infāque gives small to mid-sized charities and nonprofits a single place to manage every part of their donor relationships, from the first interaction to first donation to long-term recurring giving, from automated tax receipts to donor self-service.

We built the donor engagement hub around the way the next generation of donors actually give: on their phones, on their schedule, through the payment methods they already use. We bring the lessons from the online retail sector to online giving.
