Infaque v26.1.2 - Daily Giving

We are excited to announce that 26.1.2 of Infaque is now available. At Infaque, we are committed to continuously enhancing your experience with every update.

We are pleased to share with you some exciting new enhancements that have been added to the system, designed to improve data management and donor insights.

Daily Giving is a feature that allows donors to contribute every day for a defined period. This update brings full control, transparency, and tracking for both admins and donors.

Admins now have full control over configuring Daily Giving directly on the donation form, including the ability to:

• Enable or disable Daily Giving from the admin panel
• Automatically hide Monthly and One-Time donation options when Daily Giving is enabled
• Automatically remove Monthly and One-Time related text when the Daily Giving toggle is enabled
• Set mandatory Start Date and End Date fields on the donation form
• Customize and localize Daily Giving text, including labels, headings, and placeholder text
• Preview the Daily Giving donation form directly from the admin panel
• Customize all Daily Giving placeholders, including daily text, start date, end date, and header text

• Donors can successfully make Daily Giving donations from the donation form
• A start date selection is required and cannot default to today's date
• End date selection is mandatory
• Start date, end date, and total active days are shown on donation form Screen 2
• Start date, end date, and total active days are shown on donation form Screen 3
• Start date, end date, and total active days are shown on the Thank You screen

• Daily Giving transactions are tracked daily and treated as recurring donations
• Admins can filter Daily Giving donors in the transaction table
• Admins can cancel Daily Giving subscriptions
• Admins can view subscription details in the donor profile
• Subscription status is tracked in CRM donor profile subscription history
• Subscription status is tracked in the self-service donor portal for both Monthly and Daily subscriptions

• Admins can create email templates specific to Daily Giving
• Automatic email is sent when a Daily Giving subscription is created
• Subscription creation emails include Start Date, End Date, Active Days, and Amount
• Admins can send subscription cancellation emails
• System-generated emails can be created and edited from CRM
• Donors are notified automatically if a transaction fails
